• Monitoring and scheduling of Internal and External Audits.
• Monitoring and scheduling of Ship Shore Drills.
• Monitoring and scheduling Annual Shore-Based Drug and Alcohol test for the vessels.
• Maintaining and upkeep of TMSA compliance for company.
• Monitoring the monthly HSE Reporting for the Fleet
• Maintaining of various questionnaires for the Fleet.
• Preparing Trends and Analysis.
• Reporting audit and drill findings in ERP system.
• Monitoring MOC / Procedure change request records and assist in improving Company

Procedures/Systems and administration of the company’s Safety Management System (SMS).

• Circulating Bulletins and Circulars to the fleet.
• Acts as Support Representative for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS and Environmental roles (As and when

company adopts these standards).

• Ensuring all Audits (Internal and External), Drills and Exercises are carried out in time
• Keeps track of SIRE inspections and their validity.
• Update vessels Certificate repository, PIQ and Photo repository on the OCIMF website.
• Monitor and maintain US voyage related documents for the fleet vessels.
• Assist marine manager for report making, review making and other SMS documentation as required.
