  • Strong understanding of bunkering operations, MPA regulations, and marine safety standards.
  • Familiarity with TMSA, SIRE inspections, and vetting procedures is a plus.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Willingness to travel locally for vessel visits and inspections.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of bunker tankers and ensure safe, efficient and compliant bunkering activities.
  • Ensure adherence to local and international maritime regulations (MPA, MARPOL, SOLAS, ISM Code, etc.).
  • Liaise with port authorities, vessel masters, and internal stakeholders on scheduling, vetting, and operations.
  • Conduct routine vessel inspections, audits and risk assessments.
  • Assist in incident investigations and drive implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
  • Monitor and enforce safety, environmental and operational standards across the fleet.
