Description Boater’s World Marine Centers in Albany, GA is actively hiring experienced Marine Technicians / Outboard Mechanics to join our growing service team. What You’ll Do Diagnose, repair, and rig marine outboards and inboards with precision. Perform factory-level service and installations using OEM and aftermarket parts. Conduct safety inspections and water/lake tests as needed. Collaborate with the service team to ensure top-quality workmanship and on-time deliveries. Maintain clean, organized work bays and accurate job documentation. Requirements Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience as a Marine Technician (dealership experience preferred). Certifications with Mercury, Yamaha, Suzuki, Honda, or MerCruiser highly preferred. MMI graduate a plus. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for mechanical and electrical systems. Dependable, detail-oriented, and driven to produce quality work. Must be available to work Saturdays (closed Sundays, one weekday off). Positive team attitude — we take pride in our shop culture.
