Boater’s World Marine Centers in Bradenton, FL is now accepting applications for Marine Technicians / Outboard Mechanics to join our top-performing Gulf Coast service team for the 2026 season. We’re interviewing throughout the remainder of 2025 for January 2026 start dates — but highly qualified A-Techs with multiple manufacturer certifications may be eligible for an earlier start. What You’ll Do Diagnose, repair, and rig outboard and inboard systems with precision. Perform OEM-level service, installations, and upgrades using factory parts and accessories. Conduct safety inspections, lake/sea tests, and ensure high-quality performance standards. Collaborate with the service and sales teams to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction. Identify and recommend additional services to enhance performance and reliability. Keep accurate records and maintain an organized, efficient work area.
