We’re interviewing throughout the remainder of 2025 for January 2026 start dates — but highly qualified A-Techs with multiple manufacturer certifications may be eligible for an earlier start. What You’ll Do Diagnose, repair, and rig outboard and inboard systems with precision. Perform OEM-level service, installations, and upgrades using factory parts and accessories. Conduct safety inspections, lake/sea tests, and ensure high-quality performance standards. Collaborate with the service and sales teams to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction. Identify and recommend additional services to enhance performance and reliability. Keep accurate records and maintain an organized, efficient work area. Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience as a Marine Technician (dealership experience preferred). Certifications in Mercury, Yamaha, Suzuki, Honda, or MerCruiser strongly preferred. MMI graduate a plus. Proven diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for mechanical and electrical systems. Dependable, detail-oriented, and motivated to succeed. Must be available to work Saturdays (closed Sundays, one weekday off). Positive team attitude — we take pride in our culture and professionalism.
