JOB DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS

• Responsible for the installation, service, repair, and testing of marine outboard engines
• Perform routine inspection, maintenance checks of outboard engines and related equipment
• Perform repair and /or replacement of engine’s components
• Perform function test of equipment to ensure smooth operation
• Prepare reports on equipment
• Maintain related equipment onboard small boats and crafts together with a team of technicians
• Assist with trailer and boat repairs where necessary
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in outboard engines, or qualified in a mechanical field
• Knowledge of computerized diagnostic equipment
• Excellent communication skills, able to read service manuals
• Other skills that would be advantageous include electrical/electronics and/or class 3 driver’s license
