REQUIREMENTS:

• 2–6 years of experience in marine or corporate travel ticketing
• Proficiency in one or more GDS platforms (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo)
• Strong knowledge of marine fares and international seafarer regulations
• Willingness to work rotational shifts (male candidates preferred for night shifts)
• Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills

Riya Travel is seeking experienced Travel Consultants and Senior Consultants specializing in marine and offshore crew ticketing to join our growing team in Dubai. This role involves supporting high-volume, time-sensitive travel operations for global marine clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage end-to-end ticketing for marine and offshore crew using GDS platforms (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo)
• Coordinate with shipping companies, port agents, and marine HR departments
• Handle visa applications, port clearances, and urgent/emergency bookings
• Support global operations across multiple time zones
• Ensure compliance with marine fare rules and accurate fare construction
