SUMMARY

We are seeking a Service and Warranty Coordinator to join our team. This role is crucial in managing service appointments and warranty submission, ensuring a seamless experience for both customers and technicians. The ideal candidate will proficiently use the Lightspeed system to streamline operations, ensuring timely availability of components for our yacht services. This position is essential for maintaining our commitment to quality service and customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in a service or parts advisory role, preferably in a dealership setting.
• Proficiency with the Lightspeed system or similar dealership management software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of marine parts and services.
• Strong sales skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Basic mechanical knowledge to assist in identifying required parts.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing inventory.
