If so, we'd love to welcome you to our team at Marion! Reporting to the Shop Manager, you'll be the face of RAA, providing personalised service and expert advice to our members. You'll take the time to understand their needs, recommend products and services that add value, and ensure every interaction is positive, memorable, and leaves our members feeling supported. Hours Permanent part-time 22.8 hours per week as well as 1-2 weekend shifts per month paid at an overtime rate. About you You will be a confident, self-motivated individual who is passionate about putting our members first in everything you do. We are also looking for: * A genuine passion for helping others. * Proficient with the use of computers. * Strong sales background with a track record of hitting company targets. * Ability to build rapport with members and teammates. * Solid attention to detail and the ability to multi-task. * Previous retail or customer service experience is essential.
