Work Location 8301 Hollister Avenue Santa Barbara, CA 93117 Qualifications What You Need to Bring to the Table Must hold a Food Handlers certificate from an ANSI-accredited program and an Alcohol Serving certificate from an ABC-accredited program Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Ability to walk and stand for a 6-8 hour shift Ability to clearly articulate guests’ needs to teammates Professional, reliable, friendly, and punctual Possesses and exhibits the drive to provide exceptional service Must be able to work flexible hours (days, nights, weekends, holidays) Confident and takes pride in personal style and appearance Must be able to work at a rapid pace while maintaining attention to detail This role requires the ability to move and lift up to 50 lbs. Standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods of time and ensuring a professional appearance in a clean uniform are also required.

Responsibilities

The Marisella Barback will support bartenders by ensuring guests are attended to and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bar area. Responsibilities include restocking supplies, changing kegs, and providing excellent service to guests.
