Work Location 8301 Hollister Avenue Santa Barbara, CA 93117 Qualifications Who We Are Looking For Must hold a Food Handlers certificate and an Alcohol Serving certificate from an ABC-accredited program Minimum of 2 years bartending experience in an upscale, high volume restaurant Capable of handling stress under pressure and providing quality guest service Willingness to maintain a clean, healthy, and safe working environment Able to coordinate multiple activities with attention to detail Ability to move quickly and carefully in narrow and confined spaces Flexibility with job demands and open minded when being asked to complete tasks Proficient use and operation of all equipment necessary to run the restaurant Ability to move or handle equipment throughout the restaurant generally weighing 0-50 pounds Able to work varied hours/days as business dictates This role requires the ability to move and lift up to 50 lbs. Standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods of time and ensuring a professional appearance in a clean uniform are also required.
