Job Title: Food Runner Department: FOH Reports To: General Manager FLSA Status: Non-Exempt, Hourly Job Type: Full-Time Work Location: On-site — Santa Barbara, CA Salary Range: $17-$20 per hour Posting Date: 4/23/2025 What You Will Do: Exhibit an excellent service attitude and be willing to go out of their way to accommodate our guests Be flexible and adjust to meet the changing needs of the restaurant and guests Maintain a level of professionalism and community effectively Pick up food from the pass and deliver it to tables Maintain a professional image Set, organize and restocks service area Return all items to their zoned location Respect guest right of way Qualifications Who We Are Looking For: Minimum 3 years experience in high volume atmosphere Ability to lift and carry up to 70 pounds and walk/stand for a 6-8 hour shift Must be able to one-arm carry a large tray over your head of up to 10lbs Fluent in English and ability to clearly articulate guests needs to teammates Professional, articulate, friendly, and punctual Possesses and exhibits the drive to provide exceptional service Flexible hours are required (need to be able to work days, nights, weekends, holidays) Must be able to work at a rapid pace while maintaining attention to detail Ensure a professional appearance in a clean uniform Skilled in time management Maple Hospitality Group is an equal opportunity employer committed to hiring a diverse workforce and supporting an inclusive culture.
