The Mission: Secure a prestigious role that combines the highest standards of British healthcare with an ultra-luxury maritime lifestyle. You will provide dedicated 1:1 medical oversight for an 80-year-old VIP principal aboard a private superyacht. While your primary focus is clinical excellence, your daily environment will be the vibrant Mediterranean. Expect a cruising itinerary that includes the historic fortress of Rhodes, the exclusive marina of Porto Cervo (Sardinia), and the sun-drenched coast of the Algarve. The Team: You will integrate into a Tier-1 medical department led by a distinguished Lead British Doctor. Supported by a resident physiotherapy team and a collaborative, Western-trained nursing squad, you will ensure seamless continuity of care at sea. The Safety: We are committed to sustainable excellence. A strict double-nurse shift rotation (12/12) is in place to guarantee comprehensive 24/7 patient oversight while ensuring you have ample rest and downtime to recharge. The Process: Discreet and efficient. All initial interviews are conducted remotely via a secure online platform. Requirements Requirements: Education: Western Accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). Experience: Minimum 4 years in Critical Care or Acute settings (ICU/ER/A&E). Language: Native or C1 Certified English fluency. Benefits Benefits: Compensation: £60,000 Per Annum (Tax-Free). Leave: 30 Days Paid Annual Leave.
