The Mission We are recruiting an elite nursing professional for a high-profile medical detail aboard a private superyacht. Your primary mandate is providing comprehensive 1:1 care for an 80-year-old VIP principal. While the role demands acute clinical vigilance, it takes place against the backdrop of an exclusive Mediterranean cruising itinerary, including stops in Monaco, the Greek Islands, and the Amalfi Coast. You will ensure the principal's health and comfort while traveling through Europe’s most prestigious maritime destinations. The Team You will not be working in isolation. You will join a fully integrated, Western-trained medical wing comprising: A Lead British Doctor overseeing all clinical protocols. Dedicated Physiotherapists for rehabilitation and mobility. A collaborative team of highly experienced nurses. The Safety To ensure patient safety and practitioner well-being, this position operates on a strict double-nurse shift system. You will always have support, allowing for optimal rest and maintaining the highest standard of clinical focus during your watch. The Process We value your time. Requirements Requirements Education: Western Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). Experience: Minimum 4+ years in Acute Care, ICU, ER, or A&E. Language: Native or C1 Level English is mandatory. Attributes: High emotional intelligence, discretion, and the ability to adapt to a luxury maritime environment. Benefits Benefits Salary: £60,000 per annum (Tax-Free). Leave: 30 days of paid leave per year. Accommodation: Premium en-suite quarters aboard the vessel (crew mess and dedicated cabin).
