The Mission We are seeking a highly capable nurse for a 1:1 medical supervision role attending an 80-year-old VIP aboard a private superyacht. This position transitions your acute care expertise into a high-end maritime setting. You will oversee the principal’s health while navigating the Mediterranean’s most desirable locations, including Monaco, The Amalfi Coast, Malta, and Ibiza. The Team You will be part of a robust, Western-trained medical department. The team is directed by a Lead British Doctor and supported by onboard Physiotherapists, creating a secure clinical environment on the water. The Safety To ensure clinical excellence and prevent fatigue, the nursing team operates on a strict double-nurse shift system. This rotation guarantees you have the energy to perform your duties and the downtime to enjoy the vessel’s amenities and port visits. The Process We respect your current commitments. The initial interview and screening process is conducted entirely via a secure online platform, allowing you to secure this role from Liverpool before traveling to join the yacht. Requirements Requirements Education: Western Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent Degree. Experience: A mandatory 4+ years in Acute Care (ICU, A&E, or ER) within a major NHS Trust or private hospital. Language: Native English is required for seamless communication with the British medical lead and the principal. Attributes: A professional who is adaptable, discreet, and comfortable in a formal private household environment. Benefits Benefits Salary: £60,000 per annum (Tax-Free). Leave: 30 Days Paid Leave.
