SMS Group is growing — and we’re looking for an experienced Working Foreman / Supervisor to join our Glasgow team.

If you’re a time-served Fabricator/Welder with supervisory experience this is a fantastic opportunity to step into a hands-on leadership role within a busy marine fabrication environment.

🔎 The Role· Hands-on fabrication work· Supervising and leading a skilled workshop team· Supporting shipbuilding and marine engineering projects

You’ll play a key role in maintaining high-quality standards while driving productivity and safety on site.

✔️ What We’re Looking For· Time-served Fabricator/Welder (SVQ Level 3 or equivalent)· Strong fabrication/welding & site experience· Proven leadership or supervisory capability· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings· Marine or shipbuilding experience (desirable)· Full Driving License
