The Mission: Step into a role defined by clinical excellence and exclusive access. You will provide dedicated 1:1 medical care for an 80-year-old VIP principal aboard a private superyacht. While your clinical duties are paramount, your environment will be the sun-drenched coastlines of the Mediterranean. Expect to wake up in ports ranging from the vibrant marinas of Marbella to the historic charm of Dubrovnik and the serene waters of Santorini. The Team: Collaborate within a sophisticated medical hierarchy led by a Lead British Doctor. You will be supported by a full-time physiotherapy team and a Western-trained nursing cadre, ensuring world-class standards are maintained at sea. The Safety: We enforce a strict double-nurse shift rotation (12/12). This system guarantees comprehensive 24/7 patient monitoring while prioritizing your rest, alertness, and work-life balance. The Process: Seamless and confidential. The entire recruitment and interview phase is conducted remotely via a secure online platform. Requirements Requirements: Education: Western Accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). Experience: Minimum 4 years in high-acuity environments (ICU/ER/A&E).
