The Mission We are recruiting a distinguished medical professional for a high-priority 1:1 care position aboard a private superyacht. You will serve as the primary clinical advocate for an 80-year-old VIP principal. This role offers a rare convergence of professional rigor and elite lifestyle, requiring you to manage the patient's daily health while cruising the Mediterranean's most celebrated waters, including the French Riviera, the Amalfi Coast, and the Balearic Islands. The Team You will operate within a sophisticated, Western-trained medical infrastructure designed to provide hospital-standard care at sea. The unit includes: A Lead British Doctor providing clinical direction and governance. Resident Physiotherapists focused on the principal’s mobility and rehabilitation. A cohesive team of acute-care nurses. The Safety We prioritize the sustainability of our medical staff. To prevent burnout and ensure the highest standard of vigilance, we strictly enforce a double-nurse shift system. This structure guarantees that you have adequate rest and the freedom to explore the yacht's prestigious locations during your downtime. The Process Geography is not a barrier. Requirements Requirements Education: Western BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) is strictly required. Experience: A minimum of 4 years in Acute Care settings (ICU, ER, or A&E) is essential to manage the medical complexity of the role. Language: Native or C1 (Advanced) English fluency.
