Your New Role and Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate engineering activities within shipyard projects to ensure timely and quality delivery. Monitor project progress, resolve technical issues, and maintain compliance with maritime standards and safety regulations. Liaise with shipyard teams, contractors, and stakeholders to align on project objectives and deliverables. Review and prepare technical documentation, drawings, and reports for project milestones. Conduct inspections and quality assurance checks to verify adherence to specifications and performance requirements. What You’ll Bring to Make An Impact Proven experience in shipyard or maritime project environments, with strong understanding of vessel systems and construction processes. Excellent project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and risk management. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. Demonstrable influencing skills.
