Job Description Reporting to the Strategic Pricing & Value Analytics Lead, the role focuses on leading advanced analytical and modelling initiatives that support data-driven decision making at local and regional level. The position involves developing and maintaining robust analytical models, forecasting frameworks, and scenario analyses, tailored to the dynamics of the Greek pharmaceutical market. In the External Affairs department, we are currently looking for a Market Access Analytics Manager Responsibilities Design, build, and own analytical tools, models, and interactive dashboards to monitor portfolio performance, pricing KPIs, and financial outcomes Develop advanced pricing, elasticity, and scenario models, as well as market access and policy impact analytics, to assess price, access, volume, and net revenue impact Lead data science, analytics, and forecasting initiatives (including time-series, sensitivity, and stress testing) to support revenue, launches, and portfolio performance Build and maintain scalable analytical models, data pipelines, and datasets using Python (e.g., pandas, numpy) and SQL for automated, reproducible analytics Perform exploratory and retrospective data analysis on large commercial datasets to identify trends, drivers, and optimization opportunities Develop and manage interactive dashboards and automated reporting (e.g., Power BI, DAX) to deliver KPI monitoring and executive-ready insights Translate complex analytical outputs into clear, actionable recommendations, providing analytical guidance to local, regional, and franchise stakeholders Act as a proactive, strategic analytics partner to Finance, Market Access, Commercial, KAM, and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment Qualifications BA/BS in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related quantitative fields. Master’s degree preferred in Data Science, Statistics, Analytics, Applied Economics, or Quantitative Modelling. Ideally, 3–5+ years of experience in data analytics, data science, or advanced analytical roles, preferably within complex, data-intensive environments (e.g. pharma, healthcare, finance, consulting). Strong experience in data modelling, forecasting, and scenario/scenario analysis to support business decision-making Proven ability to translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for senior and non-technical stakeholders Hands-on expertise in Power BI and Excel (including data models, DAX, dashboards, automation, and advanced analysis) Experience leading or coordinating analytics projects Fluent in Greek and English (oral and written) We offer an attractive compensation package, outstanding benefits, and an exciting work environment with varied tasks in an international environment.
