Accountabilities: Access Strategy and Business Partnership: Lead end-to-end market access strategies for assigned brands in alignment with brand and country goals, partnering with Commercial and other stakeholders to shape account positioning, prioritize payer and physician education, and drive tailored access plans that support uptake and business objectives. Pricing, Contracting and Governance: Develop pricing and contracting strategies that ensure competitive and sustainable price positioning across launch and in-market phases, in alignment with global strategy, local pricing policies, and implementation governance. Payer Engagement, Negotiation and Reimbursement: Build and maintain trusted relationships with key payers and decision-makers, support negotiations with key accounts, and drive successful listings, HTA outcomes, formulary positioning, and reimbursement decisions at regional and national levels. Cross-Functional Leadership, Financial Stewardship and Compliance: Lead cross-functional collaboration across Medical, Commercial, Finance, and Market Access to design and deliver access solutions that improve adoption and affordability while meeting financial objectives and ensuring full compliance with applicable policies and the Code of Ethics. Evidence Generation and Value Communication: Define payer-specific evidence strategies and communicate clinical and economic value propositions for new and in-market therapies, while supporting external stakeholder understanding of HTA and value-based care to strengthen evidence-based decision-making. Market Insights and Pipeline Influence: Generate actionable insights on customer trends, competitive dynamics, policy developments, and local market requirements to inform current access strategy and influence early pipeline and development decisions.
