We are seeking a Market Access Manager: This role involves developing and implementing innovative partnership strategies, providing strategic direction, and ensuring market access for all Abbott Diabetes Care products in Norway.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement innovative partnership strategies to engage payors and key stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic, tactical, and operational direction related to the government healthcare and payor landscape.
  • Act as the interface with payors and key stakeholders to enhance customer understanding and operational effectiveness.
  • Analyze and report on all aspects of the payor, key stakeholder, and wholesaler business, making strategic recommendations.
  • Lead the Market Access function within the organization, working closely with the local sales force and Key Account Management personnel.
  • Develop and lead the Norway payor and key stakeholder strategy, ensuring short and mid-term gains for Abbott Diabetes Care.
  • Ensure market access for all Abbott Diabetes Care products, overcoming barriers at each stakeholder level.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop business plans to achieve short and mid-term gains.
  • Provide strategic and financial evaluation of pricing strategies and develop pricing strategies for Abbott Diabetes Care products.
  • Establish key metrics for all activities and monitor return on investment of key initiatives.
