POSITION OVERVIEW

Join our dynamic Market Access Team as an Oncology Market Access Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of oncology treatments in the Polish market. This position is ideal for strategic thinker with strong understanding of market access, health technology assessment (HTA), and the local healthcare landscape. You will collaborate closely with Oncology Market Access Director, cross-functional teams, including medical, marketing, and policy departments, to ensure that our oncology portfolio achieves optimal access and reimbursement.

SKILLS:

  • Proven ability to develop access strategies and conduct health technology assessments.
  • Exceptional organizational, networking, and communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Fluent in Polish and English, with proficient PC skills.
Responsibilities
  • Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive assessments of our company’s oncology portfolio, including clinical data evaluation, literature reviews, and analysis of unmet medical needs to maximize the success of new product indications.
  • HTA Submissions: Oversee the preparation and submission of HTA dossiers for new indications/products, ensuring compliance with drug program criteria and alignment with internal stakeholders.
  • Risk and Opportunity Evaluation: Proactively monitor changes in the marketplace, identifying potential risks and opportunities related to pricing systems, reimbursement conditions, and national regulations.
  • Project Leadership: Initiate and lead projects focused on scientific content, including clinical, economic, and patient-reported outcomes.
  • Negotiation Preparation: Develop negotiation tools and strategies for discussions with the Economic Committee and the Ministry of Health (MOH).
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, targeted stakeholders, and influencers to gather insights that drive impactful actions.
  • Compliance Assurance: Ensure all market access activities adhere to internal policies and external regulations while supporting commercial objectives.
