You will support the Market Access Lead in shaping and executing local strategies that ensure timely, sustainable access to medicines. You’ll bring analytical strength, strategic insight, and project management expertise to a highly collaborative environment. Your day at Ferring

• Develop and implement pricing, reimbursement, and access strategies across the product lifecycle, including submission components required for CDA, INESSS and private payers.
• Coordinate HTA submissions, pricing dossiers, and value communication materials.
• Lead market access projects and workstreams, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
• Monitor healthcare policy changes and assess implications for access and pricing.
• Prepare materials for stakeholder engagement (e.g., payers, policymakers).
• Support evidence generation and real-world data initiatives.
• Collaborate with Medical, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to ensure strategic alignment.
• Maintain internal tools and templates for access planning and pricing governance.
• Contribute to internal training and capability-building initiatives.

Behind our innovation…There’s you

• 3+ years of relevant experience in market access, health economics, pricing/reimbursement, specific HTA submission, or healthcare policy.
• Industry exposure in pharmaceuticals, government, consultancy, or payer settings preferred.
• Strong understanding of local healthcare systems and payer landscapes.
• Proven ability to manage projects in cross-functional environments.
• Familiarity with HTA processes, pricing frameworks, or reimbursement models is an asset.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools
• Cross-functional collaborative and strategic mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and committed to continuous learning and development.
