They provide expert insight to help grow and develop their partners’ businesses. Responsibilities Engage relationships with third-party originators through phone calls, emails and appointments Ensure high-quality service and issue resolution to satisfy and retain current partners Manage a pipeline of partner relationships to increase revenue Become a subject matter expert on our products, solutions and systems Remain informed on industry trends and share insights with partners Train new business partners on company-specific technology, processes, and products Inform partners of pricing updates, new loan products and special offers Assist partners by troubleshooting basic loan-level and/or systematic problems and refers more complex issues to more experienced team members Disclaimer This is an outline of the primary responsibilities of this position.
