JOB DESCRIPTION & SUMMARY

We are growing our Sales, Activation and Solutioning Function for Managed Services and are looking for a highly motivated Senior Associate to support the growth of our Managed Service business. The primary objective of this role is to support the Sales and Solution leader on a range of areas, driving a consistently high outcome across a set of activities and processes to include pipeline creation, monitoring and reporting, pursuit support, sales collateral creation and event activation.
Ideally you will have excellent experience with tools such as MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, Salesforce CRM and can learn new skills quickly.
An understanding of the Financial Services sector, Banking Insurance and Asset & Wealth Management would be beneficial, along with exposure to working in a consulting environment.
In addition to the above efforts, this role will also support broader PMO related activities as needed across the team.
We are looking for someone who can build relationships quickly with internal stakeholders, is highly adaptable to changing requirements and a fluid role, and who has strong project management capability, is organized, able to be creative, resilient to a constant changing and exciting landscape and wants to grow a career in a fast paced and game changing team.

MINIMUM YEARS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • 3-5 years in a professional services/ consulting environment

Responsibilities
  • S upport in taking Managed Services to our priority accounts where we are developing an active pipeline of opportunities and tailoring our value proposition to show how a PwC Managed Service can add value
  • Day to day working with Sales & Solutions leader to drive outcomes across the sales and solutioning landscape
  • Support in activating a priority set of propositions and differentiated offerings and building demand against these in order to deliver on our $500m ambition.
  • Conduct market research to understand market needs and trends, and the competitive landscape to inform new service offering / proposition development.
  • Work to maintain and monitor the Salesforce platform to track and advance pursuits
  • Building proposals and marketing material, supporting pursuits and opportunities.
  • Drive strategy/ approach for the proactive identification of MS opportunities, leveraging support from Sales, Clients & Markets and the business/ LoS .
  • Work closely with the MS Marketing team to ensure consistent go-to-market messaging and materials, awareness campaigns, and regular maintenance of the microsite and external website.
  • Prepare high quality reports and materials for weekly management updates and other governance forums
