THE ROLE: MARKET ANALYST

We are looking for a Market Analyst to join our Research team. You’ll transform raw data into actionable insights, shaping the strategic positioning of residential real estate projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Investigate client questions and gather information to support recommendations
• Acquire, process, and integrate data resources into analytical tools (Tableau, Excel, etc.)
• Perform research and data analysis
• Produce statistical models to optimize the positioning of residential real estate projects
• Understand market and data trends to provide recommendations to stakeholders
