Real Estate Market Analyst

Location: Business Bay, Dubai

Company: Lifer Realty Co.

We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Market Analyst with strong knowledge of the Dubai property market.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with brokers and support them with market, project, pricing, ROI, demand, supply, and competitor-related queries.
• Prepare detailed research reports with valuable information beyond what brokers usually receive from developers or standard market analysis.
• Analyze projects, communities, rental yields, capital appreciation, payment plans, buyer demand, risks, and investment opportunities.
• Identify market gaps and provide practical insights that can help brokers advise clients and close more deals.
• Use Dubai Land Department, Bayut, Property Finder, developer data, and other reliable sources.
• Use AI tools for research, data analysis, comparison, forecasting, and report preparation.
• Present clear weekly and monthly reports to brokers and management.

NOTE

The Market Analyst should provide unique, data-driven market insights and strategic analysis that brokers cannot easily obtain from developers, sales presentations, or publicly available broker reports, enabling brokers to make more informed decisions and gain a competitive advantage.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3–4 years of Dubai real estate market research experience.
• Must have previously worked closely with real estate brokers and sales teams.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai projects, developers, areas, pricing, ROI, and market trends.
• Familiar with AI tools, Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and reporting platforms.
• Strong analytical, research, and communication skills
