As the purchasing office for fischer fixing systems, fish operates not only in mainland China, also in other parts of Asia such as Taiwan and Vietnam to build competitive, flexible, resilient supply chain for our businesses. Job Description Collect data and information of suppliers, conduct deep supplier market survey on material assigned, identify the most competitive partners in Taiwan and Vietnam; Work with responsible purchaser, participate in the activites such as supplier selection and evaluation documentation; Collect raw material price trends; control purchasing cost and date of delivery; Cooperate with relevant depts to promote continuous improvement of supply chain performance; constantly implement Dual sourcing strategy for key material groups; Negotiate with suppliers (including mould development, product price, delivery date, manner of packing, quality requirement, confidentiality agreement etc.) Report regularly to Managing Director. Other tasks from line manager. Qualifications College degree or above; major in mechanical processing and design or other related major; 10+ years of working experience in screw industry and currently works in purchasing or trading related function; Deep knowledge of the supply market of screws in region / countries such as Taiwan, Vietnam and etc; Familiar with manufacturing technology of screws, knowledge of main heading and shreading tool shop in Vietnam and Taiwan is a plus; Fluent in written and spoken English; Proficient in computer applications; Excellent negotiation skills and abilities; Outstanding interpersonal communication coordination ability; Good team-work spirit. Strong focus on work and willing to take charge; Honest, fair, diligent with good professional responsibility; Be practical and realistic, able to react fast and complete task with high efficiency; Be flexible but never deviate from goals; Good self-management skills; Understand enterprise culture with good behavior. Additional Information This position locates in Vietnam working for fischer Shanghai. He or she reports to Managing Director in fischer Shanghai. Responsibilities
