Responsibilities :

• Work with multiple departments to define success metrics, create approaches to track the data,quantify and evaluate the data, then develop a common language for all colleagues to understand these KPIs.
• Develop in-depth analytical understanding of what drives growth for the product and how it can be improved.
• Enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a simplified visual.
• Perform deep dives analysis to identify key insights.
• Engage with tech team as a partner to develop machine learning models, modernize data infrastructure & tools.
• Hedging and making trade decisions.
• Able to work in shifts and national holidays.
• Keep up with global political and financial news.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor degree in Mathematics, Psychology, Statistic, Computer Science, Engineering, or Financials.
• Proficient in using Ms. Office.
• Ability to write comprehensive reports.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Possess an analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving.
• Attention to detail.
• Have an exposure of global markets environment.
• Mandatory to have: at least one year experience in trading US stocks, options, bonds, currencies, and/or futures. Must show trading history and result upon the interview.
