WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

To join our European Market Research Dept in the role of Analyst to help build and drive Consumer and Market understanding to influence Innovation, Brands, Communication and Customer Experience strategy.

YOUR KEY COMPETENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Degree in Statistics, Business or Marketing with concentration in Market Research, or equivalent experience required.
  • Passion for Research, Data Analysis and Marketing.
  • Strong analytical & storytelling skills including excellent PowerPoints skills.
  • Experience working with statistical packages (such as SPSS/R/Python) and/or with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI /Qliksense) is a plus.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office suite (especially Excel and Power Point).
  • Specific ability to develop summarizing Power Point presentation to convey actionable results.
  • Well organized, with flexible approach and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent Team player and able to interact proactively with different internal stakeholders at different levels of the organization also in remote locations.
  • Proactive, well-motivated, with a Can-Do attitude.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
Responsibilities
  • Plan, develop and manage data sets coming from Market Research Campaigns.
  • Create and present clear reports and visualization of actionable insights.
  • Monitor performance trends and develop summarizing data analysis.
  • Support the definition of important KPIs to be tracked.
  • Discuss customer experience and behaviour with the marketing team to create summarizing insights.
  • Develop an adequate graphical layout to convey data analysis results throughout an excellent interpretation capacity.
