What you’ll be doing Decode the market: Track competitors, products, and messaging to identify emerging opportunities and threats Turn insight into strategy: Transform intelligence into clear, actionable recommendations that sharpen monday’s differentiation Equip the field to win: Build and maintain battle cards, competitor briefings, and win/loss programs that keep teams informed and confident Support key deals: Provide sharp, data-backed insight that strengthens positioning and influences deal outcomes Build the intelligence engine: Create scalable processes and tools that turn competitive knowledge into a daily advantage across monday CRM Requirements 5–8+ years in competitive intelligence, market insights, or GTM strategy within B2B SaaS (CRM, or enterprise software preferred) Smart, driven, and commercially minded: you want to win, not just analyse Analytical thinker who turns complexity into clarity and action Deep understanding of SaaS GTM motions across marketing, sales, and product Passion for technology and AI, with curiosity for how innovation reshapes buyer behaviour and competition Proven experience building and scaling intelligence programs (battle cards, win/loss analysis, competitor briefings) Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder influence and executive presence.
