About the job Market Data Program Specialist (Singapore / London) We are seeking a commercially driven Market Data Program Specialist with strong technical expertise to lead the development, commercialization, and structural design of the exchange’s market data offering. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, revenue growth, and market data technology, responsible for building scalable market data structures that support real-time and historical data distribution while maximizing commercial value. The successful candidate will shape how market data is packaged, priced, delivered, and consumed by global clients, while working closely with technology teams to design and evolve the underlying market data architecture. Key Responsibilities Strategic development , Licensing Framework & Program Governance Collaborate with management to shape the market data strategy in alignment with broader organisational objectives Lead the development, refinement, and maintenance of a complex market data licensing program covering multiple license types, usage scenarios, and delivery formats. Collaborate with Legal to formalise and update program terms & conditions, ensuring clarity, compliance, and enforceability. Collaborate with Commercial to refine commercial structure of the program and development of the commercial business plan for the program Assist in drafting and revising program agreements, data use policies, FAQs, and guidance documents for prospective and active licensees. Licensee Management & Operational Support Serve as the primary operational point of contact for licensees throughout the application, evaluation, and approval processes. Manage and update required submission forms, including statements of intended data use, delivery method preferences, and compliance attestations. Collaborate closely with Legal to negotiate terms, usage rights, data restrictions where applicable
