OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a Market Data Subject Matter Expert with strong technical skills in Python and SQL to support our data-driven trading and analytics platforms. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of financial market data (e.g., equities, fixed income, derivatives, FX) and experience working with data vendors, feeds, and APIs.

• Act as the SME for market data across asset classes, ensuring data quality, consistency, and availability.
• Design and implement data ingestion, transformation, and validation pipelines using Python and SQL.
• Collaborate with trading, quant, and technology teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
• Manage relationships with market data vendors (e.g., Bloomberg, LSEG, S&P, etc.).
• Monitor and troubleshoot data feed issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain documentation and metadata for market data sources and processes.Support regulatory and compliance reporting requirements related to market data.
