Description
Work Location: Remote Core Responsibilities: Develop industrial clients in Eastern European countries, including automobile manufacturers, machinery factories, windpower companies, etc. Targeted visits to potential customers (such as DENSO, GRUNDFOS, etc) Develop a localized pricing strategy to adapt to local procurement habits Channel construction Recruit and manage local agents (prioritize partners with industrial equipment distribution experience) Order closed loop management Control the entire process from inquiry to payment collection (with special attention to local VAT tax compliance) Handling customer technical inquiries (requires collaboration with the Chinese technical team to resolve) Hands on background: Having over 3~5 years of successful experience in the sales of industrial products, especially bearings, mechanical components, automotive parts, electromechanical equipment, etc. Must have sales experience in the Eastern European market Successful cases of exploring new markets and building customer networks from scratch. Experience in dealing with OEM customers and/or large distributors. Language proficiency: English: Fluent in business communication skills (written and spoken), able to effectively collaborate with the headquarter steam.(Essential) One of the Eastern European Language: native language level, fluent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.(Essential) Other languages will be a plus.
