POSITION SUMMARY

The Market Development Manager – ExpansionZone will focus on identifying, evaluating, and driving growth opportunities within a designated geographic expansion zone. This role supports regional business development by aligning local market dynamics with Siemens Healthineers’ broader strategic goals. The ideal candidate combines deep market insight with strong cross-functional leadership to unlock untapped potential in emerging or underserved healthcare regions.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in regional market development, expansion strategy, or healthcare business development.
  • Strong understanding of local healthcare ecosystems and regional sales dynamics.
  • Proven ability to manage projects across teams and functions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
  • Willingness to travel within the designated expansion zone.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

  • Market Intelligence: Track healthcare trends, policy shifts, and competitive activities specific to the ExpansionZone.
  • Performance Tracking: Measure and report on market entry success, opportunity progression, and customer engagement KPIs.
