Data Analysis & Opportunity Identification · Analyze historic sales and customer data to identify patterns, repeat buying potential, and untapped opportunities for targeting customer types or market segments. · Develop segmented prospect lists and prioritize based on potential impact and likelihood of conversion. · Partner with sales leadership to track ROI of different market development efforts. Lead Generation & Demand Creation · Spearhead lead generation initiatives that deliver high-quality opportunities to the sales team. · Utilize multiple marketing channels—LinkedIn, LinkedIn groups, social media platforms, LLMs, Artificial Intelligence Tools, email outreach, trade associations, and industry events—to connect with prospects. · Design and test engagement campaigns (digital and direct) to attract and nurture leads. Customer Engagement & Relationship Building · Establish relationships with prospective customers through thoughtful outreach and value-driven messaging. · Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure a seamless hand-off of leads and follow-through to close. · Track and measure customer engagement metrics to refine approaches. Strategic Account Discovery · Develop a framework for identifying and approaching large accounts that align with company capabilities and growth goals. · Map decision-makers and influencers within major accounts and coordinate multi-channel outreach strategies. · Work with leadership to position the company as a strategic partner for high-value clients. Requirements What We’re Looking For: · Strong analytical skills with experience working with sales and customer data. · Knowledge of B2B marketing channels and tactics, including LinkedIn, social media, and direct outreach. · Proven ability to generate qualified leads and nurture early-stage relationships. · Comfortable working independently in new markets with minimal structure. · Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building abilities. · Experience in business development, marketing, or sales enablement preferred. · Knowledge of or willingness to learn how to use LLMs and Artificial Intelligence to find and grow opportunities.
