As Market Development Manager (m/f/d), you will join our Markets Team to lead the strategic expansion and operational optimization of the Greece and Cyprus markets. Responsibilities Identify and activate key local growth levers across customer experience, marketing and commercial performance Co-create, localize, and structure market-specific marketing activations in alignment with global teams Drive marketplace expansion by generating and qualifying new local leads to onboard new sellers Collaborate closely with marketing, tech, logistics, customer service, and other teams to ensure seamless execution Manage internal stakeholders as well as external partners and service providers to deliver on business priorities Ensure operational excellence by monitoring and optimizing shop, logistics, and payment KPIs.
