Responsibilities
  • Develop, lead and manage the food industry product portfolio strategy: from development and launch to phase-out
  • Oversee and optimize the relevant food product portfolio, ensuring alignment with market & customer demands in volume, technology and regulations, with an eye on profit growth, and operational efficiency
  • Conduct product portfolio management activities (e.g. change management, introduction of variants, packages), including communication, prioritization, rationalization, and performance tracking
  • Develop product-specific value propositions acting as a central liaison across teams: R&D, regulatory, operations, product portfolio management, application engineering and sales
  • Collect and document technical data, coordinate field trials, competitor benchmarks, and align cross-functional input
  • Contribute to building autonomy and efficiency within the sales subsidiaries by supporting better access to sales/product data and providing clear product selection guidance
  • Enable product portfolio expansion integrating existing and future oriented new technologie
