Job Description Accountabilities: Support the implementation of business strategy in respective business partner’s area Work closely with commercial teams for effective budget utilization Business analysis to propose and/or challenge the channel margins and incentive programs for customers Annual budgeting process Proactively develop and propose ideas for process improvements and business solutions Qualifications Required Qualifications: Experienced finance professional with minimum of 5 years of relevant experiences Bachelor or higher degree in Finance, Accounting or related majors Qualified Accountant i.e. CIMA, ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent is a plus A good understanding of budget control and commercial finance Practical experiences of a significant change or projects is an advantage Excellent analytical skills and critical thinking Ability to communicate financial analysis to stakeholders Full time position with 12 months contractual. Responsibilities

Support the implementation of business strategies and manage budget utilization in collaboration with commercial teams. Perform business analysis to optimize channel margins, incentive programs, and annual budgeting processes.
