About the Role This is a specialist-level position within the professional career stream, primarily operating as an individual contributor. The role involves managing and delivering projects from concept through implementation while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders. The position may also include mentoring junior team members and contributing to the successful execution of strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Identify, develop, and implement short- and long-term business strategies related to the development of new products, technologies, services, and market opportunities. Analyze markets, identify licensing opportunities, and assess the feasibility of business and product development initiatives. Conduct economic analyses for new or improved product opportunities. Develop business models and analyze market trends to support long-term growth prospects. Collaborate with internal departments to identify and execute business development projects. Work with sales, marketing, and potential customers to understand their needs. Continuously communicate project progress, goals, and key updates to relevant stakeholders. Differentiating Factors: Autonomy Established and productive individual contributor. Works independently with general supervision on larger, moderately complex projects / assignments. Organizational Impact Sets objectives for own job area to meet the objectives of projects and assignments. Contributes to the completion of project milestones. May have some involvement in cross functional assignments. Leadership and Talent Management May provide guidance and assistance to entry level professionals and / or employee in Support Career Stream. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree required (or equivalent). Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with no prior experience required. Demonstrated practical knowledge and competence in business development, market analysis, and project execution.
