Responsibilities

As Market Director, you will provide strategic leadership across your designated market and region, ensuring RICS meets the needs of its members, customers, and stakeholders while driving sustainable business growth.

Reporting to the Global Markets Director, you will lead market development, stakeholder engagement, and commercial growth. You will shape RICS’ profile and influence within the region’s economic and professional landscape, representing RICS with senior government officials, industry leaders, and corporate partners.

  • Lead RICS’ regional strategy, ensuring alignment with global objectives while responding to local market needs.
  • Drive business development, expanding RICS’ reach and revenue across both established and emerging markets.
  • Cultivate high-level relationships with corporate customers, government bodies, and professional partners.
