    As a Market Director for Ratcliff Development, you’ll be a key player in driving forward our strategic real estate initiatives. Your job? Spot the opportunity, make the numbers work, bring the right partners to the table—and get the deal done. This isn’t a position for the faint at heart, but for a smart, hard-working, and investment focused person who wants big opportunity and responsibility.

You’ll:

  • Lead the identification and execution of real estate development opportunities
  • Analyze deals through financial modeling, pro formas, and risk assessments
  • Build and maintain strong networks with brokers, capital partners, and municipalities
  • Oversee due diligence, entitlement, and early-phase development steps
  • Mentor team members and collaborate across departments
  • Be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning

    What you bring to the table:

  • 10+ years of experience in real estate development

  • Strong background in commercial, multifamily, or industrial sectors
  • Confidence in financial modeling and deal structuring
  • Excellent communication, follow-through, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with capital partnerships, equity raises, or alternative financing is a big plus
  • Bonus if you’re CCIM, SIOR, or hold a master’s in Real Estate/Finance

This job is about understanding big picture goals and finding a way to leverage opportunities and people to make them happen. In this role, you’ll develop and manage a pipeline of opportunities, build strategic relationships, and guide deals through every phase—from due diligence to underwriting, entitlement, and execution. You’ll also lead internal coordination and support the development of your team.
