Are you ready to take your career to the next level as a Market Director within Project Farma? We are looking for a strategic and visionary leader to make a significant impact on our business and drive growth within an assigned market!
Position Summary: As the Market Director, you will be at the helm of our market operations, responsible for overall performance, revenue growth, and client satisfaction. You will lead a high-performing team, develop talent, and maintain executive-level client relationships. Your strategic vision and leadership will be crucial in expanding our footprint and ensuring top-notch delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 10+ years’ experience in consulting and/or engineering services with at least 7+ years in CQV or a related discipline (e.g., validation, commissioning, quality assurance).


    • Or 7+ years of relevant work internally within Project Farma.

    • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field (advanced degree or MBA preferred).
    • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, managing P&L, and achieving financial targets in a services environment.
    • Strong leadership experience, with a history of building and retaining high-performing teams.
    • Deep understanding of CQV processes, regulatory requirements, and industry standards in [specific sector, e.g., pharma/biotech].
    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
