* The Market Equipment Executive is responsible for managing and monitoring Pepsi cooling equipment (visi coolers and refrigerators) placed in the market. The main responsibility of this role is to regularly visit retail outlets, ensure proper placement and utilization of company refrigerators, and maintain visibility standards as per company requirements. The executive ensures that the equipment is used only for company products and not for competitor brands. The role also involves identifying technical problems in the refrigerators and coordinating with the maintenance or technical team for timely repair and servicing. The executive must track the movement of equipment, report any missing or damaged assets, and maintain proper records of all market equipment. Regular reporting of market visits and asset conditions is also an important part of the job. Additionally, the Market Equipment Executive works closely with the sales team to support cooler placement in new outlets and ensure maximum utilization of company assets. The position requires strong communication skills, field mobility, basic reporting knowledge, and the ability to maintain good relationships with retailers to ensure compliance with company policies regarding asset usage.
