We want to bring the Peak experience to one of the top dining scenes in the country. The Market Growth Lead role will be instrumental in building out our presence in Las Vegas and beyond. Built in partnership with the Parker Palm Springs, a Leading Hotel of the World, Peak is built with hospitality experts for hospitality experts. The Opportunity This is your opportunity to shape and build a market from the ground up. You’ll drive the full sales cycle from prospecting, relationship-building, demos, negotiations, all the way through close. What You’ll Do Build Peak’s Las Vegas footprint, targeting high-value full-service restaurants Own the sales cycle from prospecting through close Be in the field daily, meeting with owners, GMs, and operators across the city Develop relationships with independent operators and major hospitality groups Hit and exceed sales targets, keeping a clean, organized pipeline in HubSpot Think strategically, identifying and convert key accounts Requirements 4+ years of B2B sales experience with a consistent record of exceeding quota Restaurant or hospitality experience, you’re fluent in “hospitality” Strong self governance and comfortable building a territory from zero Exceptional communication skills CRM proficiency (we use HubSpot) Hunter mindset with strong prospecting and closing skills who is motivated by targets, competition, and big wins Ideal Candidate SaaS or tech sales experience within restaurants, hospitality, or retail Knowledge of the Las Vegas market; existing relationships are a major plus Experience launching new markets or opening territories Has a network within one or more Chicago hospitality groups Compensation Base Salary: $75,000–$90,000 Uncapped Commission, with realistic first-year OTE of $120,000–$145,000+ Benefits Medical, dental, and vision benefits 401(k) plan Flexible schedule—you manage your time and territory Expense account for client dinners and in-city travel
