Description
Interpret insight requirements, recommend research approaches, and execute studies to deliver actionable findings. Prepare and deliver client presentations incorporating market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence. Develop customer insights through surveys, interviews, and other primary research methods to support commercial and product initiatives. Conduct market and competitor analysis using secondary sources, including engagement with industry analysts. Provide research consultancy and data-driven input for thought leadership content and strategic positioning. Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment and satisfaction with insight outputs Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate data into business insights. Experienced in both qualitative and quantitative research techniques. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders. Deep understanding of market dynamics, customer behaviour, and competitive landscapes. Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality outputs under tight deadlines. Collaborative mindset and experience working in cross-functional environments. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in market research, business intelligence, or insight generation roles. Proven experience in conducting primary and secondary research. Familiarity with research tools and platforms. Experience in preparing client presentations and supporting pre-sales or demand generation activities.
