Above all, we foster a culture where smart, genuine people support each other, pursue their dreams, and thrive together.  Job description   When you are at the beginning of your career, as a graduate or with a few years’ experience, your focus is on learning and developing yourself into an insights professional by deepening your expertise in analytical, methodological, and technical aspects of insights work.  Your objective is to achieve project excellence and grow into a skilled, knowledgeable insights professional within your area of focus. You are motivated by solving business questions using data and research, and through your work you help major consumer goods companies optimize their brand communications and prices & portfolios. For example, you could be contributing to an analysis that helps a client determine whether they should increase the price of their current shampoo range, or whether it would be more effective to introduce a smaller-sized range alongside the current one.  You are expected to learn all the process steps of Market Research. This includes:  * Brainstorming solutions and writing proposals  * Setting up research projects (including questionnaire creation, programming and technical setup)  * Modelling and data analysis  * Giving actionable recommendations and strategies   * Working with clients from day one Qualifications  The ideal candidate is a curious, analytical, and collaborative team player. Typically, we are looking for someone with the following profile:  * Educational background in a quantitative or analytical field (e.g. Economics, Business Analytics, Social Sciences with strong analytical components, or a similar field)  * 0–2 years of relevant experience (e.g. internships, research assistant roles, or early professional experience); Note: having no professional experience is not a disadvantage  * Strong affinity for quantitative research and interest in working with data  * Interest in health‑related topics, including consumer health and health technology  * Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a dynamic, project‑based environment  * Ability to adapt to different topics, clients, and analytical challenges  * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English  * You are authorized to work in Germany (resident, citizen, valid visa or other) Our offer  A salary and benefits package designed to support you in your role and reward your contributions, including:   * A fixed annual salary  * Structured salary growth tied to your annual performance review.
