MARKET INTELLIGENCE MANAGER

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Market Intelligence Manager to join our Strategy Office. This global and cross-functional role offers the opportunity to shape the position and make a significant impact on our organization. You will be responsible for setting standards for how Elopak uses data to create value, driving market assessments, and managing market data and analysis. The position will be based in Oslo (Mannheim or Madrid can be an option).

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Master’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field. Extensive experience in the field can compensate for the lack of a formal degree.
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Skills: Strong skills in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel). Experience with analytics tools and AI tools is preferred.
  • Languages: Fluent in Business English. Knowledge of Norwegian and other relevant languages such as German, Spanish or French is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Build and manage Market Intelligence Processes: Define and adjust the operating model for market intelligence. Build effective processes and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Market Assessments: Drive and support growth opportunity assessments in current and new segments and markets. Support business development projects and strategic assessments. Support translating market insights into action with e.g. sales and marketing
  • Intelligence Management: Manage, build, and improve business intelligence databases with both quantitative and qualitative data. Collect, coordinate, and consolidate market intelligence from relevant sources. Track industry and market trends.
  • Competitive Analysis: Support competitive positioning analysis and benchmarking against peers.
