  • a solid understanding of sales and marketing principles , student recruitment, consumer behaviour, and the higher education landscape.
  • proven experience in conducting and project managing market research , including both primary and secondary, qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
  • strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.
  • analytical proficiency using tools such as Excel, SPSS, DisplayR, Qualtrics, Alteryx, M, or Python .
  • a proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to apply sound judgment.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • conduct and project manage quantitative and qualitative research , including surveys, recruitment, focus groups, interviews, and mystery shopping.
  • perform desk research and monitor higher education reports to identify emerging trends.
  • analyse and interpret primary and secondary data to produce clear, actionable reports and presentations .
  • share insights with internal stakeholders to support recruitment strategies, decision-making and enhanced understanding of student channels
